Our Process & Terms

​

1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

• A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your dates.

• Full payment is required prior to or at the time of buck delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Delivery fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Health Requirements

To protect the health of all animals involved:

• All does must be in good health and fit for breeding.

• Does must be free from contagious disease, parasites, and infection.

• Proof of current vaccinations and herd health status may be requested.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if an animal appears unwell or unsuitable for breeding.

All of our bucks are maintained to high health standards, receive routine care, and are monitored regularly.

3. Care & Responsibility During Hire

When the buck is delivered to your property:

• The hirer is responsible for providing secure fencing, appropriate shelter, fresh water, and adequate nutrition.

• The buck must not be housed with other bucks.

• The hirer assumes responsibility for the buck’s care, safety, and wellbeing during the hire period.

• Any injury, illness, loss, or death occurring while in the hirer’s care may be the hirer’s financial responsibility

4. Breeding Outcomes

While every effort is made to provide healthy, proven, and fertile bucks:

• We do not guarantee conception.

• Fertility can be influenced by factors outside our control, including doe health, timing, nutrition, and management practices.

• No refunds will be issued due to failure of conception.

5. Duration of Hire

• The hire period will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Extensions must be requested prior to the end of the agreed period and are subject to availability.

• Extensions may incur additional fees.

6. Biosecurity

• The hirer agrees to maintain good biosecurity practices.

• The buck must not be exposed to animals of unknown health status.

• We reserve the right to decline future bookings if biosecurity standards are not maintained.
   

7. Liability

• We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the handling or management of animals during the hire period.

• Goats can be unpredictable; proper handling and supervision are required at all times.

• The hirer assumes all risks associated with breeding activities.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Booking fees are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within an agreed notice period may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the buck. In such cases, payments made (excluding booking fees, if stated) will be refunded or credited.
   

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By proceeding with a booking, the hirer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.​
